Get help

Ask for help, report a problem, or send feedback to the people who make Knit.

Knit is made by Threadlabs Studio. Every request goes to us directly.

From inside Knit

On a computer or a phone:

  1. Select Open account menu.
  2. Select Help & feedback.
  3. Choose a Topic, check Your email, and write your Message.
  4. Select Send request.

On a computer, the account menu opens from your name and picture at the bottom of the sidebar. On a phone, open the navigation drawer first.

The Help & feedback dialog with Share product feedback chosen, an email address, and a short message.

You'll see Request received and a reference. Keep it in case you need to follow up.

Use the form at knit.wiki/contact. It works the same way.

Topics

  • Report a problem: tell us what you were trying to do, what happened, and what you expected.
  • Ask for help: tell us what you're trying to do.
  • Share product feedback: what felt useful, confusing, missing, or delightful.
  • Privacy request or Legal notice.

During the private beta, session recording is part of product analytics. It replays app layout and interactions with text, images, and form values masked. Recordings are kept for up to 30 days. Open Product analytics from your account menu for details, or use Privacy request to ask us to delete recordings and events early. Read the Privacy Policy for the full disclosure.

Don't include passwords or sign-in codes in a message.

When something breaks

If Knit shows Something went wrong, select Report this problem. This opens the contact form with Report a problem chosen. When you report a problem, Knit adds a small technical description of the app: its version, the kind of error, your screen-size class, and where the report started. It never includes your pages, screenshots, web addresses, or account details.

Ideas for Knit

The public roadmap lists what we're working on and what's planned. To suggest something new, send it as Share product feedback.
